I am joining the FMF group...we write for 5 min. on a word...the word today is ...stuck.
Have you ever felt "stuck?" Right now I feel stuck. I want to finish writing my autobiography because it is a wonderful story of Jesus and how He took such a broken girl and gave her salvation, security and hope. Having seen my mother and step father delivered from alcohol and drugs and seeing my family come To Christ.
I think about it. But, somehow, I have been stuck. is it because it will be painful to write? Reliving some of the hurt and pain. And yet, there is the glory of coming to Christ. I really want to be unstuck and I want to tell His story in my life.

CREATE
I am joining the bloggers at FMF...the word is "create."
Creator...is the first thought that comes to my mind when I think of
"Create." I love to look at the sky...it is never the same. God is a great artist.
I didn't create much until my children became older and began to build their own lives. I had a vacuum...an emptiness.
I began writing a lot in my journal. Many entries became analogies and with the analogies...I saw pictures in my mind. \
I remember the 1st picture I painted from the analogy I had written; I was so surprised, that what I had seen in my mind, actually appeared on the canvas. I give God all the glory.
The painting "Creation" was one of my 1st paintings.
I found that I could just be so caught up in the writings and the paintings.
I felt close to The Lord. I knew there was no way I could do this on my own.
I believe The Lord is pleased with our creativity...that it is a gift from Him...the Great Creator.
On the first page there is another of my paintings, it is called "In His Hand"....and that's where I know my life is...in The Creator's Hand.
Thank You Jesus.

NOTICING

I am joining the gals at FMF today...the word is "Notice."
What do I notice being a writer? I love writing. It is therapeutic for me to write. I notice descriptive words. I notice color. I notice beauty. I want to be a writer who lifts others up.
When I spend time with The Lord...I write out my prayers, my feelings...my questions. And then I listen.
I love The Bible. Jesus painted Word Pictures. His "I AM's" in John are so wonderful.
"I AM THE BREAD OF LIFE." He is the One that fills that emptiness in our heart. He satisfies. He sustains.
"I AM THE LIGHT OF THE WORLD." I love light. Light is so comforting. Light banishes all darkness. Without light there would be no life. In John 1:5 "In Him was Life; and the Life was the Light of men."
I thank Him that He has brought Light and Life into my life.
I AM THE DOOR. Jesus is The Door into eternal life. He is the Door into The Kingdom of God. He is The Door for His sheep to enter and find green pastures and still waters. (peace and comfort.)
I AM THE GOOD SHEPHERD. I love having Jesus as my Shepherd. Ps. 23:1 The Lord is my Shepherd, I will not want.
He leads me beside the still waters. He makes me to lie down in green pastures. He restores my soul.
I can trust my Shepherd for He is good!!!He takes care of me.
I AM THE WAY, THE TRUTH, THE LIFE.
Everyone wants to know the way...the path of life..what road to take...Jesus says "I AM THE WAY.
In this world, there is a struggle for truth. If you are looking for truth...truth is found in Jesus Christ.
Life. What is this life all about? What am I here for? What happens when I leave this earth? Those questions are all answered in Jesus...He is The LIFE.
I AM THE RESURRECTION AND THE LIFE.
Death is a scary thing. There is hope. There is assurance. You can know what happens when you die, accepting Jesus Christ as your Savior gives the assurance of eternal life. He is The Resurrected One. He is The Life.
I love these Word pictures of Jesus Christ.
You can know The Savior...His nail pierced hands are reaching out toward you.
Whoever believes on Jesus will be saved and have eternal life...He who has The Son has Life. John 3:16 and 36.
If you are looking for real life...come to Jesus. John 10:10 Jesus said He has come to give us Abundant Life.
Blessings on you. If you have never read the Bible, The Gospel of John is a wonderful place to begin.

WRITING AN INWARD LOOK
Good morning. I am joining Lisa Jo Bakers Friday morning blog ...the subject is WRITING.
What is there about writing that can make a person feel better?
Writing is therapeutic for me. I have stacks of journals down in the basement. I debate, should I keep all of them are not? They are full of the wonderful times I have had; plus the struggles. They are filled with my private thoughts and prayers.
They are full of God's promises to me.
I write out my prayers and my feelings. When I'm reading the Word I write the scripture that is speaking to my heart.
I love to write. It is so creative. So freeing. I have received a lot of healing through writing. My perspective changes and I see things in a clearer light....clarity.
I do recommend writing. writing is a personal thing...it is all about what is inside you.
No one needs to read it but you...write down your attributes, what you are thankful for, what you are struggling with.
Share yourself with paper and pen....write.
