BLESSED RELIEF...A JOURNEY TO THE FATHER

I am joining the Five Minute Blog...the word is "relief..

The biggest relief came when I was 22 yrs old.

There was a period in my life that I thought God was mad at me.

I had made a stupid mistake and I felt I could no longer

talk to God.

I wasn't raised in church. My mother took me to church

 when we lived in Montana; which wasn't long. I did learn

that Jesus loved me.

For some reason, in my mind, I had Jesus and God different.

Jesus was someone who loved me, but God was not happy with

me...especially after what I did.( I was only 17 at the time)...but 

I knew nothing about "forgiveness" or "grace." I lived in 

a home where there was no grace or peace.

The only father I had was a step father...he was very strict and there

was no pleasing him. He died when I was ten.

At the age of 22, I began attending church. They told me to read 

the Gospel of John. It was like water to my soul.

I was born again.  The next day, what came very strong to me was...

"Pray to your Father Who is in Heaven."  What? God was

my Father? He wanted me to pray to Him? 

The Lord has worked through the years in my life about His Fatherhood. How God the Father loved me so much that He 
sent His Only Son to die for me. John 3:16.

What a relief to discover that God was not mad at me...but

instead was pursuing me to become His! His daughter!!!

I have a Heavenly Father Who loves me....that is true

relief. 

ACCESS TO THE THRONE

Come boldly ...an invitation To the Throne of Grace...to receive mercy in a time of need. And what will we find there?...Mercy and grace in a time of need. Heb. 4:16.

To you have a need?  Do you need grace?  Do you need love and help?
Do you need forgiveness?

Come to the Throne of Grace. Jesus has made the way for you.

We have been given the Gift of Grace.  It is nothing we can

earn...it is freely given. Ephesians 2:4-5.

We have acess to this faith, into the grace in which we

stand and rejoice in hope of the glory of God. Romans 5:2

You can stand by faith in this Gift of Grace...Jesus has purchased

it for you and me by giving His life for us.

Ephesians 2:8 "For by grace you are saved through faith; and that not of yourselves: it is the Gift of God. not of works lest

any man boast.

Are you in need of grace today?..ask the Lord Jesus for grace, it will be freely given to you this very moment.

Are you in need of salvation?  Call upon the Name of Jesus.

He is The Great Savior. Acts 2:21...Whoever shall call on the Name of the Lord shall be saved.

Receive grace today for all your needs. You are greatly loved. John 3:16.

In my writing "The Maker Wept", it is never my intention to condemn anyone. I would like to reach out a

hand of love and grace to you.  Abortion leaves wounded, fractured, hurting people.   I have two aunts who

had abortions and one greatly suffered afterwards with depression.  My mother who was 17 was pressured

to abort me...which you can read  in my writing on "The Granting Of Posterity" on this site.(6/18)

Jesus arms are always open to the hurting. Matthew 11:28 "Come to Me, all of you who are weary and
carry heavy burdens and I will give you rest. Take my yoke upon you. Let Me teach you, because I am humble and gentle at heart, and you will find rest for your souls For My yoke is easy to bear, and the burden I give you is light."

I believe with all my heart these babies are in heaven with Jesus. For more comfort I recommend a book.

"Heaven is for real." It is an account of a four year old boy who died and returned to tell of what he saw in

Heaven. He saw his sister ( who his mother had miscarried) and he had never known that, being only 4 yrs old. He tells of seeing all the happy children in heaven.

Jesus not only weeps for the children. He weeps for us in our brokenness and woundedness...that is why we

need a Savior Who forgives and restores and redeems...His Name is JESUS...Romans 10:13 "Everyone who calls on the Name of the Lord (Jesus) will be saved.

Love to you...Glory
