THE REMOTE CONTROLLER

                               

  The time is 8:35!!! Five minutes after 8:30. Two adults are 

sitting on the couch watching television. On the round, glass 

coffee table lays the black, digital, remote control!!!

At exactly 8:35 on the dot...a large grey paw (with white hair 

 surrounding the nails...reaches up, from the bottom of the coffee 

table....Boom!!!  The remote hits the floor and the television shuts

 off.  (we know we are five minutes past 8:30?)

 Who is this mysterious Remote Controller?

 His name is "Muffin Kitty Cat"...better known around this house

as "Baby."

Muffin doesn't mess around! When it is 8:30 that television screen 

must be shut off!!!

 He isn't always successful...but he tries and tries...the more we 

laugh the more he attacks the remote...his ears back.

Muffin Kitty Cat (Baby) (In the opinion of his Human Mother) is sooo

intelligent

   He has a schedule and NO One changes it...not even his Human Dad.

Human Dad needs to be up at 6:30...SHARP! Muffin use to claw the 

mattress...until Human Dad ran after him with a pillow.  Now, there 

is just a gentle tap on the pillow at 6:45. (15 minutes late!!!)

He watches Human Dad as he shaves...then they head down for basement

where Human Dad feeds, waters and changes Muffins box.

   Muffin has three beds...one on each level. Two water bowls and oh

 yes, when he jumps into the bathtub...he expects a trickle to 

drink.

   Who is this Remote Controller? Muffin has a pedigree. His"cat" 

 parents, have papers with three long names..."Each!"

But Muffins Human Mother just saw him as "Muffin!" 

 Muffin is a Rag doll

HANGING OUT...NEAR SCRATCHING POST

cat.He is three feet long and weighs 20 pounds. His hair is like 

cotton. He has a white mane...I love it! Like "Ragdolls" he is very 

gentle (Except when he gets mad at the remote).He lays on his back 

and his stomach is covered with soft white fur.

When I've (Human Mom)have gone somewhere, he doesn't like it.

He swats at me when I pass him by...as if "Where have you been?"

   I have my devotion every morning...here he comes...he jumps on 

my lap and has to have his hugs...he does the same at night when the

 television is playing (that is until 8:30!)

  Muffin also takes naps with his Human Parents. He will let us 

share the couch with him.

CHILLING OUT...AHHH COMFORT!!!

 We love our Muffin Kitty Cat...we are a family...we have

family time every night...until..."8:30"that is...then it's 

television OFF!
